Organises a wide variety of activities, including karaoke nights, international dinners, cultural evenings, city visits, and all kinds of fun, laid-back events where people can simply enjoy each other's company. Events range in size from a few hundred people down to just ten, offering plenty of variety to put your skills to the test or pick up new ones along the way.

Manages ESN VU's social media channels, produces eye-catching visuals and videos, and captures key moments through event photography. The committee also designs and oversees the production of branded merchandise to strengthen ESN's visibility and community engagement.

Responsible for managing the ESN VU website, providing technical support during events, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation's communication channels and digital tools.

Ensures effective communication across all committees, manages internal conflicts, and organises informal team gatherings. The committee conducts ESNbuddy interviews and training, facilitates venting sessions, and works closely with the Vice-President on the integration of new members - including overseeing the full interviewing and onboarding process.

Be the local bridge for international students at the Kaunas Faculty of Vilnius University. You will help organise and coordinate activities tailored to that campus, ensuring that students based in Kaunas can fully enjoy the ESN VU experience close to home.

Represent and support international students at the Šiauliai Faculty of Vilnius University. You will help organise local activities and events, making sure that students in Šiauliai feel just as included and supported as those in Vilnius.
